The CHEMLIS® E. coli Combi Glyco-iELISA kit is an indirect ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit for the combined and simultaneous detection of specific IgM and IgG antibodies against the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) O-polysaccharide of Escherichia coli O157, O145, O121, and O103, in human serum samples. Incorporating our exclusive GlycoEng technology, the kit shows an excellent diagnostic performance, minimizing cross-reactivity with other gram-negative bacteria, and is the first serospecific assay for O157, O145, O121, and O103 which differentiates infection by these E. coli serogroups from infection by other serogroups.
