The CHEMLIS® E. coli O157 Glyco-iELISA kit is an indirect ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit for the detection of specific IgM and IgG antibodies against the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) O-polysaccharide of Escherichia coli O157 in serum samples.
