CHEMLIS® Chagas R-iELISA is an indirect ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit for the detection of specific IgG antibodies against Trypanosoma cruzi, the causative agent of Chagas disease, in human serum and plasma obtained with heparin, sodium citrate or EDTA. Due to its unique combination of recombinant antigens developed using recombinant DNA technology, the kit has an excellent diagnostic performance.
